“In response to the current public health situation related to COVID-19, a decision has been made to close the Oviedo Counseling Clinic until further notice for face to face services. All counseling appointments and groups for existing clients are only available through telehealth services. New clients interested in counseling can review the information about telehealth and submit an appointment request to find out more information.
This decision was made out of a concern for the health of our clients, counselors, and staff, and as a way of participating in broader public measures to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Please know that our goal is to have the clinic closed for as brief a time as possible, while heeding the counsel of the administration and leadership of both Northland Church and RTS, along with the guidance of the CDC and other government officials. Your physical and mental health are important to us and we look forward to re-opening our doors as soon as we can.
Reminder: In the event of a mental health emergency, please call 9-1-1 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Consider going to the emergency admissions department at a nearby behavioral health hospital (i.e., University Behavioral Hospital, Central Florida Behavioral Hospital) for specialized mental health care."
